Have you tried our very own Harbor Greens Queso? It’s pretty darn great and the absolute best way to enjoy it is with freshly baked soft pretzel bites or as my kids call it. “Pillow bread”.

You’ll find the recipe in a link in our IG profile or in the comments on FB. Instead of filling the pretzels in the recipe as it’s written, simply roll the dough into a 1” thick snake and cut two inch sections. Then boil and bake as written.

The easiest part is the queso. Just remove the lid and heat in the microwave or pour it into a small saucepan and heat it on the stove top. This recipe is perfect for college football Saturdays or Seahawk Sundays.

Yummy! All natural St. Louis pork ribs are on sale this week for $5.99/lb.

I sprinkled these generously with seasoning salt, wrapped them in heavy duty foil and put them on the smoker at 225° for six hours. Then I unwrapped them, basted them in Harbor Greens barbecue sauce and put them back on the smoker at 375° for another 20 minutes. They were melt in your mouth amazing!
